| A: Currently, we have virtual catalog. All our products are displayed online; we do not have physical catalogs available. If you find any problems or need physical catalogs, please talk to us. |

| Q：What is your requirement of Minimum Order Quantity? |

| A: Usually we havent any request in our first order, but next orders we hope can meet Minimum Order quantity requirements. And different product has different minimum order quantity request. You can contact us by email for this inquiry. |

| A: 30% T/T payment in advance and 70% T/T payment after receiving the copy of documents, or L/C at sight. |

| Q：May I have your samples? |
|
| A: We could send samples to you for free if you could tell us your express account or bear the sample delivery charge. But some kinds of sample will be charged, hence you have to confirm with us regarding quantity and kinds of sample available. We also could produce sample as per your requirement but you should pay for the set up charge for the sample making. The sample making fee could be deducted when order quantity can meet Minimum Order Quantity. |
